"Dubya" is a song about George W Bush and his Presidency of the USA. The lyrics are inspired by quotes from George W Bush or from his actions during the time that he was President. The vocals are performed by Jason Demillo who can also be heard on the Apell pop funk track "So You Know". The music is produced in a reggae / dub / dubstep style with many layers of drums, percussion, keyboards, bass and guitars. There are even 2 short jazz influenced filtered bass solos after each chorus. One of the last production elements added to the track were the Arabic / middle eastern sounding acoustic guitar parts on the chorus to tie in with the George W Bush theme of the song. I did a "speed-read" of the book in the 24 hours before a family conference. I did note a fair amount of repetition of ideas in the book, but that is not necessarily a bad thing: if you're reading just the chapters that seem most relevant, then that's where those ideas need to be mentioned. One bonus: reading the book made it clear to me that I need to be doing some elder planning for myself, and with my own children, to make things easier for them later.

The unique perspective of this system is it is concerned with how other people perceive you. On one axis you are rated if you are concerned with people, or with tasks. On the other axis you are rated if you ask, or if you tell, when you want someone else to do something. No one social style is superior to another. The key to being effective is your ability to be flexible and work with the various social styles. Thus, style versatility is the second portion of the book.
I found this model very useful in all facets of my life. Where I work the dominant personality quadrant outnumbers the others 2:1 and determines the site's personality. We have a companion division with a different dominant personality - friction between the two sites on projects is just as the social styles predicts.
In my workplace this material is taught as Leadership Styles using materials Wilson Learning also prepared. The class to me presented the material much better than this book. The book is missing something - thus, minus a star.
Another book on the topic is "Personal Styles & Effective Performance" by
David W. Merrill and Roger H. Reid. According to my instructor, it is the original source which Wilson Learning and The Trane Co. created their respective training programs.

The book has exercies for you, and asks you to make journal entries. The workbook has the potential to be a guide to help you learn about yourself, and what you will need from a relationship.
If you are a fan of these authors, I would highly recomment this workbook. I have found the IMAGO theory a valueable tool in learning about myself, and what I bring into a relationship. This book sits on my nightstand and has become a valuable part of my daily readings. I highly recommend the this workbook as the book did not delve into individual topics as this book does.
