This is a project I currently have for sale on Ebay right now. I has a Squier 2 neck upgraded with a Graph-tech graphite nut, Wilkinson EZ lock tuners and rolling trees. It has a Full 1 3/4th thick Strat style body (Not Fender) in Natural. The electronics are two "designed by EMG" singles and a Peavey HP Special CT USA Humbucker. The Tremelo has been upgraded with a Wilkinson Vintage tremelo....works great. I am parting out this guitar, but it is currently still together and if you are interested in purshasing as is, shoot me an email with your inquiery. I will set up an ebay auction to make the whole transaction legit. Any questions??? ....please ask! I am not a great guitarist by any means....this is a demo of how the guitar sounds. Amp used....Bugera 333xl miced with a cheap computer mic straight into the computer.

It is a reply song to her ex-boyfriend's song that he wrote, "maybe one day" We wrote the words, but the music we didnt make. its jus an instrumental to a different song. I know it doesnt sound all that great.. but we did it with a cheap computer mic from walmart lol. we will get it recorded in a studio as soon as we can! Hope you enjoy! ps. I also don't feel I need a laptop. Not necessary.I figured a desk top would be cheaper but so far, it doesn't appear that way. this is what I was told I should look for..... I'll also poke around a bit. Laptops are generally premium priced (or at least more expensive than desktops) - as you know I don't have one - and I like my big screen 24", but frankly screen size anything 17" and up would work. As for RAM - if you are talking Windows Vista - while I think the minimum is 1 gig of RAM, 2 or more would be better - this is particularly true if you are doing the media stuff, making movies etc. I've got my iMac maxed out at 3 gig of RAM - and the newer ones even support more ram. Hard drive wise 250 meg minimum is right - that is what I have - but 320 mg is nice. Of course, you get to these bigger sizes and one wonders - if all that data were lost - what would people do...I mean...in some measure - if you need storage beyond 250 meg - I wonder if it makes more sense to have an external drive - to be a backup for the main machine. Now - make sure the video is that kind that is video ram - like 128 or 256 meg on a video card - and not integrated on the mother board. By that I mean - older and really cheap computer have the video integrated on the mother board and hence use system ram rather than having dedicated video ram should as would exist on a video card - like NVidia etc. Also in terms of processors - you definitely want a chip that has two cores like the Intel core duos or competitor chips. My hunch would be Dell, HP, I think Compaq was bought by HP etc. I've avoid eMachines - which I think was bought by Gateway. We'll talk - I go hunting on Dell's page etc.

As is typical with textbooks having to do with technology, there are many errors. Most glaring are the online audio files that do not match up with the text. Presumably, the textbook has changed, but the audio files have not.
All textbooks, especially those in engineering and technology concentrations, should be made available on the Internet at significantly reduced prices.

Customer Review: The online content is finally up, but that's still the stupid part about it. It comes with a sleave in the back to fit a CD, they should've just waited and released the content with the book. It's very annoying to have to log in and find this crap all the time.
Another thing, as a student, I hate how much this book wants you to keep drawing ERDs! Relationships are not that hard to understand, we don't need to keep drawing ten diagrams each chapter. It's even worse for students that are required to turn in digital copies for assignments, because that means you should probably already have Visio and the understanding of how to use it. Maybe if they wrote a preface chapter on some Visio basics of how to make ERDs look like theirs would help some.
I'm not at all impressed with this book.

Customer Review: I have taken many courses in digital electronics and in programming so I know logic well. The author of this book explains logic from a complex mathematical standpoint. The author takes a very simple concept, (and I mean a VERY simple concept) and makes it difficult. The logical statements are neither presented in a standard logic format or in a standard programming format. The author creates her own "made up" format for every logical statement and makes a mess of the subject altogether. The book is terrible! I can not for the life of me understand why ANY professor would choose this book. It could only make teaching more difficult.
