Customer Review: I found this is a good starter to restart your spanish practicing. It's not for beginners. They touch the very basics very quickly and well if you don't know how to play with the inflections and all the good differences between the languages, I could see someone getting lost easily. It's not a bad product. Only thing is the pauses to repeat or to think about what you have to say is too short and usually you're saying it as they repeat the answer you just said. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase and I like how it's easy to use in the car. Beginners in the language beware!

Customer Review: This book has a lot of good information that will probably be helpful in learning Korean, but if you are looking for in depth explanations of grammar systematically, this is not the book for you. I suggest you find a book used in a classroom. The author gives lots of insight into the culture and history of the language and points out a few of the barriers that he had to overcome, but all in all, this book did not help me actually work with the language. He explains the problems that you will have, but he does not actually introduce the grammatical conundrums that bring about those problems. If you have a grammar book to go along this one, that might be a winning couple, but I do want people to know the limitations of this book. It is not a systematic and comprehensive Korean Grammar. You'll have to find that somewhere else.

It is very detailed and its not romanized examples and practices are good for me. It brings up previous topics as a reminder when the current topic is related to it, which helps me understand and not get confused and have to go back and see what I have forgotten. Anyways, It is a very detailed and informative book that will ensure that you understand every chapter, every page, and every sentence. One of the best books on foreign language I have ever read. Take my word for it, I have read to entire book in 4 days. Thats how easy it is to comprehend, but I didn't sell it yet, I'm still working my brain muscels with all that practice with aswers at the back. So, I peaked :)

Also don't be fooled by the name of the book, this book does NOT tell you how to design and make speakers, rather, speaker systems. As in, 4-5 speakers and a subwoofer. It will also help you on designing different types of enclosures for all audio.

Customer Review: I ordered this hoping that some basic questions would be answered, and many were, but this book is outdated. For example: Nowadays, the most common good quality car system uses a pair of component speakers, sometimes called "splits" plus a sub woofer. You wouldn't know it from reading this book though.
Tuning your system? Doesn't even mention how to do this.
Troubleshooting chapter? Nope.
This book is pretty much all there is out there, and it will help with understanding many important things, esp if you are a complete novice. But because it is outdated, you will come away with some ideas that are not longer valid or important in helping you put together a system. You will need to supplement what you read here with info from other places.
It is not a complete waste of your money, but if I were this author I would write a newer version, and pronto, and cover the sorts of issues people are bringing up on the car audio forums, where I have learned much more than what is given in this book. There is a real need for a good book on the subject.
